How do I register for a training event?

You can register online through our website. Once your registration is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with event details.

Do I Need To Bring Tools With Me?

Your instructor will contact you a few days before the class to let you know if any tools are required and provide a list of what to bring.

Who Are These Training Sessions Built For?

These classes are designed for everyone - including shop owners, technicians, service advisors, and more.

Will These Sessions Benefit Me If I Am New?

Absolutely! If you’re just getting started, these classes are a must-attend and will give you a strong foundation to build on.

How Long Are The Training Sessions?

Each instructor will be hosting 4 hour training sessions over the span of three days.

Will I Get Any Materials Or Resources For The Training?

Once you sign up, you'll get a digital copy of the class materials, and your instructor may share extra resources during the training.

I'm Unable To Attend In Person - Is There A Way To Access The Trainings Online?

At this time we do not offer recordings of the trainings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods for training registrations:

Credit or debit cards (processed securely through Venmo)
Venmo
Check (mailed to our business address)
Cash (accepted at the training event)

If you plan to pay by check, please contact us for our mailing address. Payment must be received before the event unless other arrangements have been made.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please review the following policy:

14 or more days before the training: Receive a full refund or transfer your registration to another available training event.
7–13 days before the training: Receive a 50% refund or transfer your registration to another available training event.
Less than 7 days before the training: No refunds will be issued. However, registration transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
