Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel: Technician Power Tips

Instructor: Mike Cleary


This 4 hour class provides comprehensive training on engine operation, diagnostics, and repair. Topics include injector analysis, electronic engine controls, fuel and air management systems, PCM functions, and exhaust aftertreatment. The course covers hard start, no start, and performance diagnostics with practical testing procedures and case studies. Technicians also learn repair strategies, common failures, tool recommendations, scan tool use, module reprogramming, and troubleshooting exhaust aftertreatment systems.
Additional sections review maintenance practices, service messages, technical bulletins, and other key information to help technicians efficiently diagnose and repair Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel engines.

The workshop also covers modern manufacturer maintenance schedules as well as commonly recommended maintenance services.
